AI transformation partner

We don't run AI pilots. We change how your business runs.

One partner takes your company from where it is to AI-first: the honest look at how it works today, the build, your people brought with it, and someone who stays.

Operators first. We ran it in our own business before selling it.
Partner, not vendor.Discovery, build, people, partnership. One firm.
Measured.Every change against how the business ran before. If a number doesn't move, you hear it from us first.
What changes

A business that runs on how it works, not on who remembers.

1
Work moves without being chased.

Every process has an owner, a system and a definition of done.

2
The numbers tell you what happened today.

Not what the month-end report says. What is true now.

3
Your people do the work only they can do.

The re-keying and the chasing are handled. The judgement and the craft stay with people.

4
Leadership that leads the technology.

Directors who know what AI can do now, and run the next change themselves.

Why it usually fails

Nearly every company uses AI now. Very few have changed how they work.

A chatbot on the website. A tool one team loves. A pilot that stalled. The work underneath carries on as before.

29%

of UK businesses used any AI in June 2026. Most use one or two tools on the side.

ONS, Business Insights and Conditions Survey, 2026
95%

of company AI pilots showed no measurable profit impact. Firms with a partner succeeded three times as often.

MIT NANDA, The GenAI Divide, 2025
46%

of small and mid-sized firms say they lack the knowledge to use AI well. The bottleneck is the business, not the software.

Federation of Small Businesses

Building is being commoditised. Knowing what to change, and bringing your people with you, is not.

How we work

Three phases. One relationship.

A leadership team over the maps of their business
The room. Every ninety days.
Discovery

We learn how the business actually runs, from inside.

Every process from first contact to cash, who owns it, where it waits. Interviews across leadership and staff.

Output · How the company really works, and where AI pays.
Implementation

The agreed way of working goes in and runs, daily.

Quick wins first, then the bigger builds, inside the systems you already use.

Output · Changes that show up in the numbers.
Partnership

Every ninety days we look again, with the leadership team.

New builds as they earn their place. Someone whose job is to keep you ahead.

Output · A company that keeps improving, not a one-off.

Under all three

Your people come with it.

Most AI projects stall on adoption, not code. Half of this is people.

  • Leadership sessions so directors lead it rather than delegate it.
  • Hands-on time for teams, on their own work.
  • Refreshers every quarter as the tools change.
Work

Where it has run so far.

Described by what changed. We name clients only with their yes.

The proving ground · a service business

Operations run by AI since 2025.

Our own business first. Scheduling, staff communication, quoting and payment follow-up now run from a system, not from people's heads.

  • The whole way of working mapped from the inside
  • Leadership redesigns the business every quarter
  • The same technology now runs our back office
First partner · a multi-team company

From the owners' phones to a running system.

Since September 2026. The directors and their teams work with it daily. The first redesign with leadership is under way.

  • Quoting from field notes, tender scanning, customer communication
  • A customer hub and a phone line scoped as separate builds
  • Leadership sessions as part of the engagement
Next · companies above £10m

Discovery across every department.

Several departments, a board asking about AI. Discovery in every department at once.

  • Interviews across staff and leadership
  • Quick wins first, then the bigger builds
  • A yearly partnership, reviewed every ninety days
Who it's for

Two kinds of company. One method, scaled.

Established firms · £1m to £10m

The business still runs through a few people.

Growth has outrun the way the company is run. Everything routes through the founders.

  • Discovery from inside the business over the first month
  • The redesign with leadership, then every ninety days
  • Builds only where they pay, scoped separately
Companies above £10m · several departments

The board is asking, and there is no clear answer yet.

Too small for the big consultancies, too complex for a build shop.

  • Discovery in every department at once, with interviews across the firm
  • Quick wins first, then the bigger builds, then the quarterly redesign
  • Leadership sessions and hands-on workshops from day one
Questions

Fair questions.

Is this for a company like mine?
If the business still runs through a few people, yes. If you run a company with several departments and a board asking about AI, also yes. If one tool would fix it, we will tell you.
What do you actually deliver?
A map of how the business really runs and where AI pays. The agreed changes, built and running inside the systems you already use. Your leadership and teams trained on them. And a partner who reviews it with you every ninety days.
Do we need to be technical?
No. You need to know how your business runs. We handle the rest and explain it in plain English. The leadership sessions exist so you can lead this rather than delegate it.
What does it cost?
It depends on the company and we will not guess before we understand yours. We talk about it openly on the discovery call. No day rates and no hourly. If the scope should be smaller we reduce the scope, never the price.
Who owns what?
You own the accounts, the data, the systems and the bill. Everything we build runs on your keys. Read-only first, write access only with a written yes per system, and anything that stops working says so out loud. You can unplug us.
How quickly does anything change?
Work starts on day one, so the team feels it straight away. The first month is for understanding. Change to the way the business works starts once leadership has agreed what is worth doing, and it keeps going every quarter.
